INTRODUCTION

My life’s goal is to become a real estate investor. I want to “flip” houses—500 a year. I plan on signing a contract with A&E to host my show. I want to own office buildings.Apartments and condominiums.In Order to achieve this goal, I have to get a good education. I like to attend a Major university and major in real estate or General Business education.I already have some first hand experience in this area. My grandfather who came to this country many years ago was able to achieve his dream of owning several properties.He is a real estate investor in Austin, Texas. He attended major university and worked as engineer and slowly started to invest in properties.I watched him lease his properties, collect rents, and renovate and sell some properties.I think I would enjoy doing that type of work. I can set my own times I want to work. I really don’t consider this work as all I have to do is make phone calls and go out to the property about three times.I like to set my own hours of work and also be my own boss. I like to learn as much as I can in Real Estate. I am currently an excellent student at Conally High School. I have 3.8 grade point average. I am already taking classes at Austin Community College. These credits will transfer to any college after I graduate from high school. I am a member of (HOSA club) Health Occupations Student Association and participate in student council. I also enjoy working with numbers.Last summer I volunteered at Austin Public Library and North Austin Medical Center.My interest in health care comes from my father. He is a physician and practices at North Austin Medical Center. I sometimes visit his office and am very fascinated about Medicine.
